Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Every Boozy Bundt is baked to order. We buy ingredients and start prep as soon as your order comes in, so our cancellation policy is:

Cancel more than 48 hours before your delivery date: you receive a 50% refund. We keep 50% to cover ingredients and materials already purchased. 

Cancel within 48 hours of your delivery date: no refund, since your cake is already being made.

To cancel or change an order, text us at (702) 861-8601 as soon as possible. 

RETURNS
Because our cakes are perishable food, we cannot accept returns. 

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER
If something isn't right with your cake, text us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

DELIVERY AND AGE VERIFICATION
Cakes made with alcohol must be accepted by someone 21 or older with a valid ID. If no one 21+ is available to accept the order, it cannot be left and is not eligible for a refund.
