TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Boozy Bundts, you agree to the following terms.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Many of our cakes contain alcohol. By ordering a cake made with alcohol, you confirm you are 21 or older and that someone 21+ with a valid ID will accept the delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if valid ID is not shown. Non-alcoholic versions are available for every flavor.

RESPONSIBLE ENJOYMENT
Our cakes are made with real alcohol, and the amount varies by flavor and portion size. Please enjoy responsibly. Keep cakes made with alcohol away from children and anyone who should not consume alcohol.

ALLERGENS
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and alcohol. Cakes marked "Contains Nuts" include nuts. Our gluten-free recipe is made in the same kitchen and is not certified gluten-free. We cannot guarantee any product is free of allergens. If you have a severe allergy or celiac disease, contact us before ordering.

ORDERS AND PRICING
All cakes are made to order. Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy: a 50% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your delivery date, and no refund within 48 hours.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Every cake is handmade, so decorations and toppings may vary slightly from photos.

STORAGE
Once delivered, cakes should be refrigerated. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

PROMOTIONS
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise and cannot be exchanged for cash.
